Dan Yake says a small church raffle has to jump through almost as many hoops as a hospital does for a million dollar lottery.

He would like to see Wellington North raise the issue with the Minister responsible for Alcohol and Gaming at the Good Roads Convention in February.

Mayor Andy Lennox says the issue may be raised, but no decision has been made.
