New Website for Municipality of Bluewater

The Municipality of Bluewater is giving its residents a new web site.

Economic Development Officer Erin Samuell explains that Central Huron pulled out of a partnership that would have seen the two municipalities jointly hire someone to create a web site for each of them. So Bluewater is moving ahead with the project on its own.

She says the total cost of the new web site is just under 14-thousand dollars and funding from OMFRA's R.E.D. grant will cover half of that.

Samuell adds the new web site will be more user-friendly and will provide more economic development information.

The new municipal web site for Bluewater will be up and running by the end of March.
