Police have recovered a body from a pickup truck that was discovered in the water off the north pier in Kincardine.
Saturday around 9am, OPP officers attended the scene with Kincardine firefighters to find the submerged vehicle.
The OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit was called in to assist the South Bruce OPP and shortly after 4pm, the truck was removed from the water.
Police say the body of a male was found inside the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene and his identity is being withheld pending the notification of next of kin.
The OPP is continuing to investigate with assistance from the OPP Forensic Identification Unit and the coroner.
