Boy Injured In Hit And Run In Exeter

Huron County OPP are looking for a mini van involved in a fail to remain collision involving a child on a crosswalk in Exeter.
Police say two boys were walking eastbound on Sanders Street, and began to cross Main Street on the cross walk at about 3:30 yesterday afternoon.
A white mini van turned left to head southbound on Main Street,  brushed up against one of the boys, and knocked him to the ground.
The driver took a quick look, and drove away.  The child sustained a minor injury.
Witnesses describe a female driver in her 30's wearing eyeglasses.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
