Arrests Made In Connection With North Perth Vehicle Theft

North Perth OPP have made an arrest in connection with a stolen vehicle that was crashed last week.

On February 12th, the OPP revceived a call from a Harriston resident stating that a vehicle that was stolen from their lot the day before had been involved in a crash on highway 23 in Listowel.

Police arrived to the crash site to find a red Saturn vehicle extensively damaged and left in the ditch on highway 23 just north of line 87.

22-year-old Dustin James Lunz has been arrested and charged with 8 different charges in relation to the theft and crashing of the stolen Saturn. He remains in custody and will appear in court in Stratford on February 22nd to answer to the charges.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
