Angus, Ontario Man Charged With Drunk Driving

Grey County OPP have charged an Angus, Ontario man for drunk driving.

On February 14th at 7:30 AM, Grey County OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on highway 6 near Wilder Lake Road in Southgate.

The driver had ditched a 2003 Chevy Impala, and was found to have been drinking alcohol. As a result, 31-year-old Dennis Frazer Thomson of Angus, Ontario was charged with impaired driving, over 80 mg of alcohol, possession of marijuana – under 30 grams, and careless driving. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on March 10, 2016.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
