Grey County OPP Suspicious Of Chatsworth Fire

Just after 7 PM on February 14th, Grey County OPP, along with the Chatsworth and Chesley fire departments, responded to a structure fire on Sideroad 5 in Chatsworth township.

The structure, an old farmhouse in poor condition, was fully engulfed in flames. The home had no hydro or electricity and had been unoccupied for almost 3 years.

An older, light coloured pick-up truck was seen leaving the property just before the fire was reported. It was last seen driving westbound on Sideroad 5.

At this point, Grey County OPP are deeming the blaze suspicious, and want anyone with info to call their offices.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
