Police Looking For 'Big 4'

Police will be looking for the 'Big 4' on the roads over March Break.

Those four are impaired driving, speeding, distracted driving, and seat belts.

The Perth County OPP already pulled over some heavy footed drivers recently.

A pick-up truck was clocked going 131 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Perth Line 86.

A 53-year old North Perth man has now been charged with racing a motor vehicle. His licence was suspended and the truck was impounded for a week. And a 43-year old Stouffville man was also charged after an Infiniti G35 was clocked going 143 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Perth Rd. 140 south of Teviotdale.

The Perth County OPP says with the milder weather, more traffic will be appearing on the roads.
