Wellington OPP Seek Help In Murder Case

Wellington County OPP are asking the public for more help in a murder investigation.

The body of Frederick John Hatch, 65, was found December 17 of last year near Erin off Wellington Rd. 124 east of the 10th Line.

Hatch was known to hitchhike and it is believed that he left the Nepean area on December 16.

Hatch is described as a white male, about 5’6” with a grey, downward curving moustache and grey shoulder length hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a dark hoodie with a jean vest. He also carried a red and black duffle bag.

Anyone who may have seen or had contact with Hatch is asked to call police using the toll free tip line 1-844-677-5010.
