ATV, Generator Stolen West Of St. Marys

A thief made off with a lot of stuff from a Perth County property.

Police responded to a call on Line 2 west of St. Marys when a home owner discovered a number of things were missing from his storage shed. Police believe the theft happened sometime Wednesday night or Thursday morning.

The list of stolen items incldude an ATV, chainsaw, leaf blower, power tools and a generator.

The shed was unlocked at the time of the theft.

At the same time, police investigated the theft of two gas cans from a garage about a kilometer from the first theft.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
