Bruce Telecom Break-in Under Investigation

The offices of Bruce Telecom have been hit by thieves.

South Bruce OPP report that the building on Highway 21 was forcibly entered between 10:00 last Wednesday night and 8:00 the following morning.

Stolen items include three safes, a quantity of Canadian cash, a quantity of American currency and Bruce Telecom stamps.   There is no estimate on the total value of the stolen property, or the cost to make repairs.

Anyone with information that could assist police is asked to contact the South Bruce OPP detachment office, or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
