Siskins Beat Dutchmen for 2-0 Lead

The Waterloo Siskins edged Kitchener 2-1 to take a 2-0 lead in their GOJHL Conference Semifinal.

Conner Jean scored both of Waterloo's goals and both were on the power play. Jean's first goal came towards the end of the second period after a scoreless first.

Kitchener's Adam Kawalec scored in the first two minutes of the third to even the game. Jean scored the game winner in the final minute of play.

Kitchener outshot the Siskins 45-26. Mitchell Datz earned the win for the Siskins.

Game Three is tomorrow night in Waterloo.
