Huron County Man Disappeared Seven Years Ago

Tomorrow marks the seventh year anniversary of Ronald Hallam's disappearance from his residence on Prosperity Line in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh.

Hallam was last seen at his property on March 25, 2009 at 11am.

Police believe he walked toward a wooded area at the nearby Saratoga Swamp.

An exhaustive search was conducted involving the Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit helicopter Unit and volunteers.

Hallam was 66 years old, 5'8", and weighed about 200 lbs.

He was partially bald with greying hair.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
