26 Students Honoured at 'Applause Breakfast' in Chesley

This was a special day for over two dozens students from schools in the Bruce-Grey Catholic District Board system.

The Board held its annual "Applause Breakfast Awards" event at the Klages Mill in Chesley.

Two students from each school were recognized in front of their parents, principals, staff members and administration, for their actions and exemplifying the virtues that contribute to the Catholic culture of their schools.

The "Applause Breakfast Awards" Program honours selected students and their parents for their ongoing contributions to their respective school communities.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
