O.S.U.M. Conference Opens Wednesday in Goderich

The Ontario Small Urban Municipalities conference begins Wednesday in Goderich.

There are over 140 guest registered for the three-day conference, and some have already arrived.

Mayor Kevin Morrison says there's a lot of interest in how the town has recovered following the tornado but many of the visitors are also impressed with a lot of the things Goderich residents take for granted, like The Square.

There's a golf tournament on Wednesday and a full slate on Thursday with a trade show and workshops. One of the guest speakers is a 'tornado hunter'.

The conference wraps up on Friday.
