Two Kincardine Water Towers Undergo Summer Maintenance

The water towers in Kincardine and Tiverton will be out of service starting Tuesday May 24.

The Standpipes on Durham St. in Kincardine and Ross St. in Tiverton will be undergoing maintenance until September 30.

The municipality is asking residents to conserve water to ensure there will be enough capacity for Drinking water systems.

Stage one Lawn water restrictions are in effect, and outdoor water usage is discouraged.

Each standpipe will be fenced off with a 100 ft working area, which will include part of the walking trail in Kincardine.

Ross St. between Memorial Park Dr. and the arena parking lot in Tiverton will also be closed.
