Attack's McNiven Invited to Goaltending Camp

Owen Sound netminder Micheal McNiven is going to the Hockey Canada's Program of Excellence Goaltending Camp.

It's next week from June 9th to 12th in Calgary at the Markin MacPhail Centre.

On its website the Attack say the Montreal Canadiens prospect will be participating in the U20 portion of the camp.

McNiven just finished his second season with the Attack going 21-8-7-3 in 53 games with a 2.94 goals against average and a .902 save percentage.

Next week's camp begins the evaluation period for summer development and selection camps at the U17, U18 and U20 levels and brings together top goal tending talen and top Canadian instructors.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
