Wellington County OPP Launch Operation Freeze

Wellington County OPP are acknowledging youth who show positive behavior and kindness this summer.

The OPP will continue the partnership with Mac's Convenience Stores for Operation Freeze 2016.

Local officers will be thanking youth doing positive things in the community by handing them a ticket which entitles them to a free Froster drink.

Deserving youth actions would include good deeds, helping at community events, picking up trash or deterring crime.

The coupons are an icebreaker to help officers interact with youth in a positive way.
