Grey County Deer Collision Leaves Motorcycle Operator in Critical Condition

The operator of a motorcycle is in critical condition after a collision with a deer on Highway 21 in Georgian Bluffs today.

Grey County OPP say the west bound motorcycle hit a deer that jumped onto the road into the path of the bike about 125 this afternoon.

The man was taken to hospital in Owen Sound and is expected to be air-lifted to a hospital in London. He is listed in critical condition.

Hwy. 21 between Grey Rd. 3 west to Concession 11 is closed for emergency responders and is expected to remain closed for another 2 hours.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
