$222,000 Worth of Drugs Seized in Central Huron

Huron County OPP and several Provincial Police Crime units seized $222,000. worth of controlled drugs and substances after a search of a residence in Central Huron.

OPP found marijuana, cocaine, oxycodone tablets and psilocybin at a home on Orchard Line yesterday.

Police also seized related growing and trafficking paraphernalia.

Police have charged Brian Wiebe, 45, and Wesley Wiebe, 19, with production, possession and trafficking charges.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
