Police Search For Dogs That Killed A St. Marys Cat

Perth County OPP are looking for two dogs after a St. Marys woman awoke to the sounds of her cat being mauled on the porch.

Police say the woman heard her cat in distress, and found it in the mouth of a dog on her porch about 1 Saturday morning.

The dog dropped the cat which died moments later.

Police say two large bullmastiff type dogs walked away.

Police are looking for information about the dogs.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
