A severe thunderstorm watch has also ended for the region.
The weather agency was previously tracking a cluster of thunderstorms over Lake Huron, which were capable of producing wind gusts up to 90 km/h, heavy downpours and large hail.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
