Perth County Crash Sends 5 People To Hospital

Perth County OPP continue to investigate the cause of an accident that sent five people to hospital late last week.

Police say it happened just before midnight on Thursday of last week. A Honda C-R-V and a Honda Civic were involved in a head-on collision while travelling along Perth Ln 43 between Perth Rds 102 and 104. That is northeast of Stratford.

A 36-year-old Goderich man driving the C-R-V suffered minor injuries while his passengers, a 34-year-old woman along with two children aged 5 and 7, also suffered minor injuries.

The driver of the Honda Civic, a 21-year-old female from Waterloo, received major injuries and was transported to hospital in London.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
