Fireworks Over Mount Forest Saturday Night

The 16th annual Mount Forest Fireworks Festival is gearing up for the weekend, including the Kin Club Car Show with 500-plus collector cars and Legion motorcycle show.

New this year are a program of mixed martial arts fights and a demolition derby.   Also on tap are a midway, helicopter rides, and the Saturday night fireworks display.

The Fireworks Festival, which is presented by the Mount Forest District Chamber of Commerce, has been named one of the Top 100 Festivals in Ontario for nine consecutive years.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
