More Players Added to Hometown Heroes Roster

With just a few days to go until the 3rd Annual Hometown Heroes "Raise a Little Health" Charity Hockey Game hits the ice in Goderich, more players have been added to this year's roster.
They include Guelph Storm defenseman and Kincardine native Garrett McFadden; San Jose Sharks Head Coach Peter DeBoer; Stratford Cullitons Defenceman Joe Leahy; and  Swedish National Team forward Alex Palms, from Stockholm Sweden.
The hockey game takes place this Thursday at the Maitland Recreation Centre in Goderich starting at 7pm.
The fundraising goal is $50,000.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
