The crash was on Hwy. 23 near the hamlet of Kirkton, about 15 mins from Mitchell.
Police haven't released any details of the crash at this point.
A section of Hwy. 23 was closed for several hours and didn't open until around 9pm Tuesday night.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
