(Owen Sound Police Services photo)A driver has been charged and a cyclist is in hospital after being struck while out for a ride this (Tuesday) morning in Owen Sound.
Police say the cyclist was heading westbound on 14th Street East at 3rd Avenue when an unknown vehicle turned knocking the cyclist from their bike.
The driver of the vehicle has been charged with making an unsafe turn and the extent of the cyclist's injuries are unknown at this time.
