Palmerston Church Vandalized

Wellington County OPP are investigating after unknown suspects smashed three basement windows of the Palmerston Evangelical Missionary Church on Prospect Street.

Police say it happened sometime between July 24th and August 13th 2016 and are reminding residents to be vigilant and report any strange or suspicious activity or persons in the neighbourhood.

Anyone with information regarding this act of vandalism is asked to contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

You may be eligible for a reward from Crime Stoppers of up to $2,000.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
