Police say the crash happened near the intersection of Perth Line 86 and Perth Rd. 169. Two vehicles were involved.
Perth Line 86 was closed between Perth Rd. 169 and Perth Rd. 173 for the investigation, but has since been reopened.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
