UPDATE: One Dead In Centre Wellington Township Crash

One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Centre Wellington Township.

The Ontario Provincial Police say on Sunday just after 9:30am, a vehicle was travelling west on Wellington Rd. 21 near the 6th linem and left the roadway for an unknown reason causing it to roll over.

A male driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The driver has been identified as Cameron Henrich, 32, of Kitchener.

Police are still investigating.

Wellington Rd 21 between 6th Line and 8th Line was closed for several hours while police conducted an investigation. The road was reopened around 4:30pm.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
