Kincardine Working On Water/Waste Water Master Plan

Kincardine Mayor Anne Eadie says the municipality is drafting a water and waste water master plan.

The mayor says it was the recommendation from staff that put the wheels in motion.

"Staff recommended we do a master plan for our water and waste water. The hope is that it will get us through the next ten, 20, maybe even more years," she says.

Eadie says Bruce Power is potentially interested in being included in the plan.

"Our engineers will do the plan for us, and we're looking at the northern part," she says. "Bruce Power is interested in us looking after their water for them."
