Tyler Pauli struck twice and Quinten Haddock had three assists as the Mitchell Hawks topped Wingham 8-1 in the Provincial Junior Hockey League.
Mitchell led 5-0 going into the third period before Jeremy Ross put the Ironmen on the board at 2:57.
Graeme Lauersen stopped 20 shots in the net for the Hawks. Braeden Ellis took the loss for the Ironmen, making 29 saves on 37 shots.
The Hawks are 1-1 so far this season while the Ironmen have yet to earn a win after two games.
