Huron Businesswomen Pitch Ideas In Goderich Thursday

Rural Response for Healthy Children is inviting women who are are interested in starting their own business or expanding an existing business to make their pitch to an audience this Thursday night at the Huron County Museum in Goderich.

Co-ordinator Amy Zoethout explains the Huron Soup event starts at six with a meal catered by Kate's Kitchen, and then the aspiring business women make their pitch to the audience.

Members of the audience who have made a donation at the door then vote on the presentation they liked, and the winner gets the proceeds from the donations to help them start their business.

Zoethout says they're still looking for more women to make their pitch, and contestants can also get support from the Small Business Enterprise Centre in Goderich in putting their pitch together.

Women wanting to enter or looking for help with their pitch can email Amy at huronsoup@gmail.com.
