CUPE to Launch Lawsuit Over Sale of Hydro One Shares

Ontario's Community Union, CUPE (The Canadian Union of Public Employees) says it is going to file a lawsuit against the Premier and the Ministers of Finance and Energy.

In a press release issued this (Tuesday) afternoon, the notice of legal action is for misfeasance in public office over the sale of shares in Hydro One.

Further details are expected at a press conference tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at Queen's Park in Toronto.
