Sarnia Man Arrested For Break-in In St. Marys

A man from Sarnia has been charged after an investigation by the OPP into a break-in at the mini storage facility in St. Marys.

Officers used extensive evidence-gathering techniques, surveillance, and forensics to determine the identity of the person responsible for the break-in August 25th at the mini storage site on James Street South in St. Marys.

On Monday, members of the Perth County OPP Property Crime Unit arrested a man in Sarnia.

26-year-old Cody Winston Price has been charged with Break and Enter; Theft under $5,000; Mischief over $5,000; Possession of Property Obtained by Crime; and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.

He was scheduled to appear for a bail hearing today in Stratford court.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
