Chatsworth Man Charged After Baseball Bat Used In Threatening Manner

Grey County OPP are investigating a report of a threat with a baseball bat.

Police were called to a home on McCullough Lake Rd. in the Township of Chatsworth just before 8pm Tuesday.

Police say a man approached a resident with the bat, demanding his tools be returned.

The 54-year-old victim was not injured.

Timothy Gerald Graham, 36, of Chatsworth faces charges of assault with a weapon, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

He has a court appearance in Owen Sound October 20.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
