School Bus Rear-Ended In Morris-Turnberry

There were no injuries Thursday morning after a school bus and an SUV collided east of Bluevale.

Paramedics, police and North Huron firefighters responded to the scene on Brussels Line, just north of Amberley Rd., around 8:15am.

Police determined that a Pontiac Torrent travelling south on the Brussels Line, collided with the back of a stopped school bus.

The 21 students on the bus and the two drivers were not injured in the crash.

The driver of the Torrent, a 17-year-old male from Gorrie, has been charged with careless driving.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
