The average sale price of a home in Grey Bruce is up 12% over last year.
The Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound says the cost of a home sold in September averaged out to over $259,000.
The Association says 2016 is on track to become the best year ever for home sales.
The Realtors' Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound says 328 units sold in September for another record month -- with sales up 17% over last year.
So far this year, just over 2,400 homes sold, which is nearly 18% higher than the first nine months of 2015.
