The Suncoast Mall on Highway 21 at the south end of Goderich will have two new tenants shortly.
Mayor Kevin Morrison has announced World Gym and Hart Department Stores are moving in to the mall in part previously occupied by the Zellers Store.
Morrison explains Hart Department Stores are very well known in Eastern Canada and he's pleased to welcome both stores to Goderich.
Morrison says building permits have been issued so he expects renovations to start as soon as possible and both stores have started to apply for staff.
Morrison adds he doesn't know when World Gym and Hart Department Store will actually open or how many each one will employ.
