Confusion Over Bayfield Property Severance

The Mayor of Bluewater says there may be a misunderstanding about the nature of an application scheduled for discussion at the next Bluewater council meeting.

Tyler Hessel explains the application involves a property at the south end of Bayfield behind the new Foodland store on Cameron Street.

Hessel says the application is for a severance on the property.

Hessel says there has been a not of speculation about what will eventually be developed on the property but Hessel says discussion at the council meeting on November 7th will be limited to the severance and only the severance.

He adds discussion on anything more than that will take place as those applications come forward.

The agenda for the November 7th council meeting will be posted on the Bluewater web site by Friday, November 4th, 2016.
