Winter Weather Hits Midwestern Ontario

Old Man Winter has certainly paid a visit to most of Midwestern and southern Ontario creating winter driving conditions throughout the region.

The majority of roads and highways are snow covered, compact snow with track bare sections and even a few icy patches in some spots.

Blowing and drifting snow is causing reduced visibility in many areas of Huron, Bruce, Grey, Perth and Wellington Counties this morning.

A reminder to motorists to watch for snow plows and emergency vehicles and to go slow when you see snow and drive according to the weather conditions.

At this time there are no road closures or collisions to report as of 6:45am.
