Four Charged In South Huron Drug Bust

Police have charged four people following a drug bust at a home in South Huron.

The Ontario Provincial Police say on Wednesday, officers raided a residence on St. Lawrence Ave. and seized methamphetamine, cannabis marijuana, and cannabis resin, with a street value of around $1,094. Police also seized cash, drug trafficking paraphernalia and a prohibited push button knife.

Four South Huron residents were arrested and are now facing charges.

Adam Richards, 40, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and cannabis resin, as well as possession of a prohibited weapon and unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon while prohibited.

Shelly-Lynne Collings, 38, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and cannabis resin, as well as possession of a prohibited weapon.

Daniel Hoffman, 19, and an unidentified youth have both been charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and possession of cannabis marijuana.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
