The frame for the show home for Inspired Living in Seaforth was dropped on its foundation across from the Seaforth Hospital on Friday.
President and C-E-O of J L Retirement Living, Jessica Lunshof, says the model, built by Royal Homes, will contain all of the features that will be built into the condos that will situated further down Centennial Street. Lunshof says they're hoping to have the model home open by February and construction will start on the ten four-plexes this spring with occupancy in two of the four-plexes by the summer of 2017.
Lunshof explains they hope to attract a wide range of seniors who continue to enjoy and active life style in the community that they know as home.
