Owen Sound Falls to Erie; London Beats Flint

Nick Suzuki was the lone scorer for Owen Sound as the Attack lost 6-1 to Erie.

The Otters were led by Alex DeBrincat and Ivan Lodnia who each struck twice. Dylan Strome had a goal and three assists for Erie.

Owen Sound's Michael McNiven turned aside 22 shots while Troy Timpano stopped 38 for the Otters.

Erie scored four times in the third period.

London 6 Flint 2

Robert Thomas had two goals and three assists as the London Knights beat the Flint Firebirds 6-2.

JJ Piccinich had a goal and two assists for the Knights and Sam Miletic scored a pair and added a helper in the win.

Nicholas Caamano scored and had an assist for Flint. Kole Sherwood also scored and assisted on Caamano's goal.

Tyler Parsons turned back 35 shots for the Knights. Garrett Forrest made 28 saves for the Firebirds.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
