Lionesses Hope To Bring Washrooms To Victoria Park In Exeter

The Exeter Lionesses are working with the Municipality of South Huron on washrooms and a pump house for Victoria Park.

Lionesses Cathy Cade and Linda Marsden made a presentation to South Huron council this week, explaining they are asking the municipality for ten-thousand dollars to cover the cost of the sewer and water hook-up, the building permit, as well as permission to proceed with the projects.

Cade says they estimate the total cost of the project will be about $20,000 and the Lionesses will assume that cost.

The Lionesses and South Huron CAO Dan Best have agreed to meet to work out the details.
