Stratford Police Kept Busy

It was busy 24 hours for Stratford police due to five weather-related collisions on slippery roads.

Police say motorists were driving too fast during the first real snowfall of the season.

No injuries were reported and damage was minimal.

Stratford police says several motor vehicles were entered, one on Erie St. and one on Romeo St. S, and headphones, an iPhone and a purse were stolen.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
