Snowfall Warnings Ended, Freezing Rain Possible

Environment Canada has ENDED all snowfall WARNINGS throughout the region, however, we could be in for a messy mix of rain, slush and possible freezing rain later today.

A milder air mass is expected to briefly enter the region today causing snow to change to periods of rain or even freezing rain but it isn't expected to last.

Environment Canada says that rain will eventually change back to snow tonight as colder arctic air moves back into the region.

Quite a bit of snow fell across Southern and Midwestern Ontario overnight dropping upwards of 10 cm or more in many areas which made for some tricky driving conditions on many roads and highways this morning.
