Goderich Art Gallery Celebrating With Canada's 150th

The owner of Elizabeth's Art Gallery on the Square in Goderich will be celebrating an anniversary of her own, along with Canada's 150th birthday this year.

Elizabeth Van Den Broeck opened her art gallery 25 years ago and she's mounting a very special exhibit in June to mark the occasion.  She hopes to have 150 pieces on display to coincide with Canada's birthday.

Van Den Broeck says the exhibit is called "Creative Process'" and is about her challenges in balancing between working and running a business without sacrificing her creativity.

She says she hopes to be able to show the creative process in deciding what to paint, and how to do it, and wants the exhibit to reflect what goes on inside of her head.

The exhibit will be held in June at Elizabeth's Art Gallery on the Square in Goderich. More information about the exhibit and the artist can be found on Facebook, Instagram and several other social media sites.
