Police Release Photos After Minto Business Burglary

Wellington OPP are investigating a break in that occurred to a residence attached to a Harriston business.

Police say a man and woman entered the hearing care business on January 11 at around 3:05pm. While the woman was being treated for an ear issue, the man disappeared. The business owner heard movement upstairs, but continued to treat the patient.

After the female left, the family returned home to find several items missing including several miniature brass collector trains, a bracelet and medicinal marijuana.

The female suspect is described as 5’3" -5’4" tall, with a thin build, high cheekbones, and dark, straight shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a black parka, hoodie, jeans and was carrying a purse as well as a bag.

The male suspect was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, orange baseball hat, black bomber coat and blue jeans. He was also carrying a red/orange knapsack.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
