Icetacular is returning to the Courthouse Park in Goderich as part of town's Winterfest Weekend.
The weekend will get underway at 6pm Friday evening with all of the popular events from last year.
One of the biggest was the twin 40 ft ice slides from Iceculture in Hensall, and at 6:45pm, some of the town's councillors will take part in a slide off.
There will also be a Battle of the Chainsaws sculpturing competition between two Iceculture artists, which will take place on the main stage on the Courthouse Park.
A hockey shoot-out and shuffle board are among the events on Saturday, and the slide will run all weekend.
